Lee Kotwicki is Director of Workforce Solutions for State College of Florida. She works with more than 50 instructors to provide customized training programs to meet the needs of employees. The trainings include basic to advanced computer classes, leadership, communication/language, and manufacturing certifications. She also offers personal development classes to the community, such as computer training, communication, certified personal trainer, private investigator, private pilot, Spanish/Italian/French, and more. Lee serves on the economic development committee of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors’ degree in management. Lee has been a resident of Sarasota County for the past 30 years.
