“The Aging Brain: Realities and Opportunities”, online presentation by Dr.Grindal, a Board Certified Neurologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology.

Aging is generally associated with a decline in health and prior skills.  Many of us particularly fear impairment of memory and cognitive function.  Although some changes are inevitable, brain aging should be considered a potentially treatable biological disorder. This discussion will address the effects of aging on the brain and the ways we can prevent cognitive decline and maintain good brain health.
