Take a Voyage to the Deep at Mote Aquarium

Mote Aquarium is pleased to announce its newest traveling exhibition, Voyage to the Deep, presented by Flying Fish. The interactive exhibition opens to the public on Feb. 19 and will be included in admission to the aquarium.

Voyage to the Deep is based on Jules Verne’s famous novel, “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.” Though the book is nearly 150 years old, the whimsical themes continue to capture the imaginations of readers today; with this exhibition, Mote Aquarium visitors will have the unique opportunity to join in the undersea odyssey.

The five-part interactive submarine exhibition includes a bridge, control room, salon, living quarters and engine room for guests to explore. The exhibition’s educational content is approachable for all ages, and covers topics such as marine life, submarines and various maritime archaeology.
