The Sarasota Ballet presents a new dance class specifically designed for students ages 55+. If you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active, our ballet classes are just what you are looking for! Whether you have danced before or always wanted to try ballet, this class has something for everyone. You can participate standing or in a chair while you enjoy the wonder of ballet.
