Botany has never tasted so good! In this new series, learn the plants behind your favorite beverages and sample your way through science.
From meats to bourbons, wood smoking creates a wide array of flavor profiles, but what is the process behind a signature smoky taste? Join a Selby Gardens’ horticulturist, a certified barbecue expert, and a master mixologist to explore the cultivation of trees and how they are used to create complex flavors, then put your new knowledge into practice by sampling a variety of bourbons and BBQ styles.
