Are you curious about our oceans? Are you interested in expanding your knowledge while also expanding your network? We invite you to explore the world of marine science through this engaging series of lessons and hands-on experiences hosted by Mote education professionals. Learning is a lifelong endeavor — continue your journey with Mote Marine Laboratory!
This course covers beginner to intermediate-level marine science concepts and is designed to provide stimulating, science-based education lessons for adult learners seeking professional development, educational enrichment and a greater understanding of our world’s oceans. Each class will also feature experts discussing their research related to that day’s topic and active learning excursions around Mote!
Ages Adult participants, 18 years or older
Cost
One class: $30 members, $35 non-members
Full Semester (10 classes): $225 for members, $275 for non-members
