CLASS DESCRIPTION

Brunch is an occasion for indulging yourself and your friends and family with delicious sweet and savory dishes that you might not have the time to prepare at other times of the week. This is a hands-on cooking class, where you will learn to create delectable brunch dishes using a variety of cooking and baking techniques. First, learn how to make the perfect crust for a delicious apple cheddar quiche – in your food processor! Next, working with frozen puff pastry, you will learn how to make a classic pastry filled with ham and cheese. We will also make a Spanish Tortilla with Manchego Cheese and Green Olives, Buttermilk Biscuits using self-rising flour, Caprese-Stuffed Avocados, and a Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Vanilla Yogurt.
